Kylie

I specialize modern, fine art newborn and family photography. I love what I do, and it shows in every photo I take. You will walk away from a session with unique and original portraits that will be treasured forever. I am completely inspired by babies, children, and families. I find everything about life to be so beautiful… whether it be a baby bump awaiting a blessing, newborn's wrinkled and flaky new skin, or a toddler’s first wobbly steps.

Big smiles and belly laughs make my heart soar - I feel so blessed to be able to capture all of these fleeting moments for my clients. 

I started this studio out of my home 17 years ago and decided I wanted to create something different for families, something new, creative, and stress free. We pioneered in the newborn photography industry and have grown to services families, brides, Seniors, and more!

I strive to capture true personality in my portraiture in a stress-free environment. 

 Inspired by my own family and love for capturing our treasured memories, Mudpies N’ Butterflies was born. For the last 15+ years I have recorded the lives of many and made friendships to last a lifetime. I’m not only a mother and photographer, I'm also an Emergency Trauma-trained RN with a focus on my love for God and medical missions. Income from my art supports global efforts for medical aid and relief. I’m pediatric- and Neonatal-certified, so you have a team of baby experts at every newborn session handling the tiniest of clients.

Mandy

I am a lover of photography, the outdoors, and life. I have a passion for capturing every memory, and I have lived my entire life with a camera in my hand. In 2011, my husband and I were blessed to become parents to a beautiful baby girl.

Our daughter, Lily Grace, was born with a rare genetic disorder called Zellweger Syndrome and went to be with Jesus after three short months here on earth.

Through her, God has taught me the importance of cherishing every moment of life. Through the pain, I have learned joy.  I have learned to be brave, to be strong, and to be passionate. I have also learned to capture and cherish every moment!

We are raising two spunky daughters and serving the Lord working with families in the foster care system and supporting others in their journey of adoption.

My love for photography developed into a career at Mudpies N’ Butterflies, and I feel blessed to be doing what I love.

Heather

I am a wife and a mommy.  I have been married to my best friend for 11 years!  Seven years ago we were blessed with a beautiful little boy, and we named him Dylan.  I am a daughter, a sister, and an aunt.

I am in awe of nature and the beauty found in it.  I love design and décor.  My father is an artist, so his creativity flows through my veins.   I am passionate about my work, my family, and God.  My style of photography is natural and fresh.  I love to capture anything from tiny toes to “I do’s.”

Hi! I'm Laura. I'm a mother to a toddler, wife to my high school sweetheart, and a neonatal nurse. I am captivated by the beauty of nature and inspired to document the untold stories of those around me. It was during my adventures in our country's national parks and while serving in Guatemala and Ethiopia that I truly fell in love with photography.

Not every day can involve a mountaintop view or a third world mission, but there is always beauty to discover. My passion for photography really took off after my daughter was born. She is my greatest joy and motivation.

When I'm not caring for the tiniest babies in the hospital, or capturing a special moment from behind the lens, you will find me exploring new places with my husband, daughter, and chocolate lab. We love the outdoors and hope to one day visit every US National Park!

Now that The Loft has opened and the Senior sessions are taking off, it’s an especially exciting time to join the team at Mudpies N' Butterflies. Let the adventure begin!

Jenna

I’ve been knee-deep in photography ever since my design theory and art days at Juniata College in 2003.

Losing myself behind the lens and then again in the dark room has always been the greatest joy for me.

Starting in fine art photography, a friend twisted my arm to photograph her wedding. Portrait and event photography has become a passion of mine since that day. That moment when the true you sparks through never gets old to me and I get goosebumps even writing about it.

Over the years, I’ve found my niche in senior, wedding, and bump photography.

I take pride in my work and the relationships that I build with the people on the other side of my lens. I look forward to meeting you there!
